2007: OBP replaced AVG and K/BB replaced SAVES; 1500 IP instead of 1600 IP.
2008: Special rule for 2007 draft stricken; Added Article 6 - Minor Leagues; 20% inflation instead of $3; FAAB rules.
2009: Added an IR spot; added tie-breaker rule; modified Minor League rules to include players in the Host website system and to exclude players with significant international professional league experience.
2011: Added rule regarding automation of bidding; added Dropped Keepers rule; changed many references regarding ultimate authority from the Blog to the Wiki. 2011 Constitution
2012: Amended rules regarding Minor Leagues - expanding draft to 2 rounds, expanding Minor Leagues to 5 players; Rule regarding special purpose bench slot stricken; provided additional color to ways to lose a minor league player; Added rules regarding minor league player Reversion of Rights; added definition of "Auction Cost". Removed or amended some rules regarding the auction and FAAB that had been largely replaced by automation to avoid confusion. 2013: QS replaced W. Minor edits made to clarify rules.
2014: Edited Minor League rules such that Participants now have exclusive rights to Minor Leaguers unless and until that player is added and dropped in-season, released during the off-season prior to the Minor League Draft, traded, or not designated as a keeper following the season in which the player loses rookie eligibility (i.e. Participants may no longer "passively" lose rights to a Minor League player and Participants may no longer at any time add a player to their active roster when that player is a member of another Participant's Minor League system.
