One correction to the list -- D. Lee seems to have a typo by his price. D. Lee was a 1st rounder and should cost $27. Heaven help us all if Dave gets an extra $10.

I can't speak to what Heaven is going to do, but the $17 price for D. Lee is based on two price reduction provisions in the constitution meant to account for the fact that, despite a player's draft slot (or in the future, auction value) in one year, his value as a keeper can and should be reduced based on two factors. One being that the player was released to waivers by the player who originally drafted him and two being that the player spent more than half the season on the DL. Each of those events independently knocks $5 off a player's previous value (in this case, $10 total), thus leaving D. Lee's final value for this year at $17, instead of $27.

Justin - the rule says that's what you do, and I am constrained by the rule. However, now that you brought it to my attention, the value is off by $1 - he only gets a $9 discount. I have updated D. Lee and Dave's budget to reflect this adjustment.

Yes, Rich is correct, it's actually only a $3 reduction for being released to waivers and it's a $6 deduction for injury costing greater than half the season (I think a previous draft had it being $5 and $5). So, Lee's value for this season should be $18, not $17 as previously listed.

Sweet Mary, Justin made some good decisions last year. Look at how cheap those guys are? Reyes for $20?! I have to go vomit a little.

Well, D. Lee helped to ruin many a season last year, including mind in one other fantasy league and richard's in our ESPN league. As I recall, around the time you dropped Lee you had so many injured players on your roster that your DL was full, your bench was full of injured players and the casualties were spilling into your starting lineup. At least you've got some sweet bargains as keepers this year. A good base to build upon and money to spend on the PECOTA darling of the moment (Corey Hart for $30 anybody?)
